Sweet 'n Sour Pork Ribs & Green Beans w/ Prawns @ my home

I truly love being at home for the summer. My mom cooks basically every night, and she makes all my favorites. She cooks fast too, she manages to make dishes in 40 minutes or less. Tonight it was sweet n' sour pork ribs and green beans with prawns. The ribs were crispy, crunchy, tender (falls off the bone) and juicy. It was the perfect consistency of sweet and sour. Mom's green beans were a little on the salty side tonight, but the prawns were pan seared to perfection.
