Shamrock Seafood Restaurant @ Hong Kong (TST)

First dinner in Hong Kong, familia took us to Shamrock Seafood Restaurant over in Tsim Sha Tshui. Kind of funny that the restaurant was "Shamrock" because the other day was St. Patty's Day. hehehehe. The food was really good, and I think I ate too much. The Peking Duck was AMAZING. Delish! Delish! Did I mention delish?

Steamed Chicken
super fresh!

Fresh Shrimp
you peel the head off, suck a lil...take the rest of the shell off and dip in sauce! nom nom!

Enoki and Bok Choy

Peking Duck
he's about t skin it alive! hahaha just kidding. but he's about to skin it so we can nom nom it. i don't know what happened to the rest of the meat though, because the second dish with the duck was with the lettuce. and it was a small tiny plate. i think they took the duck bones to make duck jook the following morning. that sounds good

plate of peking duck for the wrapping

Voila! so apparently in HK they don't use the white buns we're use to, but instead use a very "thin" bread like mixture that i like to call tortilla. it's basically peking duck taco/burrito! but way better here! so fragrant! savory! juicy! yums!

Lettuce Wrap w. Duck Meat
juicy! so sweet!
