Itame Sushi @ Hong Kong (Festival Walk)

Conveyor belt sushi! Cheap conveyor belt sushi! Yummy conveyor belt sushi! Where? Festival Walk, which is a mall right off of the Kowloon Tong Station. Itame! The fish was super fresh, and the price was super reasonable. Basically $50USD for three people, which isn't even an option at the Isobune in Japantown, San Francisco. They had some unique things that we don't have in the states either! Which makes it even more amazing!

Conveyor Belt Sushi - just grab and eat!

Self-Serve Hot Water
it's right at the counter! you don't even need to ask them to give you more tea. they put a green tea bag in your cup, and just keep adding your own water by yourself

Tea

Geoduck
we definitely do NOT have this in the states - at least not that i've seen. it was really good. sweet, salty (fresh from the sea) and crunchy.

Unagi and Avocado Roll
pretty normal

Scallops!
so much better than the states! so thick! so plump! so full of flavor! and so cheap! $4USD for both of these! can't get any better!

Conch
we don't have this in the states either at sushi - at least i've never seen it. crunchy! sweet! but like crunch! nom nom nom!

Spider Handroll
not oily! very nicely fried! if there was avocado it would be better! nom nom nom!

Hamachi
so fresh! so sweet! so cold! so tasty! more more more more!!
