Australian Dairy Co @ Hong Kong (TST)

Chinese dessert: steamed milk pudding in either egg yolk or just white, or the translation is "dun dan" or "dun nai." The familia told us that the Australian Dairy Co. is the BEST in the city. It's a pretty big place, but totally hopping. Sometimes there is a big line even late at night - but you think NYC is a city that never sleeps, Hong Kong is a city that NEVER SLEEPS EVER! You walk in, they ask how many people are in your party, sit you down. You order, they bring it to you. This all happens in 2 minutes. You eat eat eat. If you sit any longer the guy gets annoyed because you're taking up space and potential money in his pocket for the next group. It's basically in and out within 5 minutes. I know. Crazy! The custards are really creamy, the sad part was that I was full. Sadness.

Dun Dan
[steamed egg custard]
super creamy, smooth and sweet

 Dun Nai

HK Style French Toast
