Sheng Kee @ Hong Kong (Central)

Another trip for a place that specializes in beef stew w. rice noodles. But this beef stew is different, it isn't stewed in the soy sauce mixture that I'm use to, rather it is more like a "broth" type stew. While the beef was really tender, and it was really more refreshing than the other beef stew, I still prefer my soy-sauce-based one. The noodles here were really fresh, and I love that the bowls are a perfect portion! Just enough to fit into your belly but not to over do it! This place was PACKED when we passed by during lunch hour. The line went down the block. We came back 2 hours later and all the business people disappeared back into their offices, we didn't have to wait in line :)
