A Hoong Sui Goon @ Hong Kong (Northpoint)

So this is a tiny little shop that specializes in like soysauced dipped meats and basically your average chinese "deli." It's gotten super busy over the past few years because it's gotten 1 star for some culinary award - I forgot what it's called. Anyways, food's ok...I'm not amazed, but then again it's not up my alley in eating. American's beware, there's some chicken feet eating and some duck jaw eating going on.

Typical Display of Hanging Meats

Platter of Duck Jaw, contains: beak, tongue, neck....

Mustard Chicken Feet w.o Bones
yes it looks like a glob of hot mess, and no i did not like it. i'm not a fan of chinese mustard sauce, it might be better if they just used regular soy sauce

Duck Jaw

"Jie"
[mixture of vegetables]
