La Salsa @ Bakersfield

If you ever take a drive between nor cal and so cal, and you don't want to stop at Kettlmmen for some In-N-Out, and want some authentic mexican food, stop over in Bakersfield at La Salsa that's off of Rosedale Drive or CA Highway 58. It is delish! Prices as reasonable, and the food comes out piping hot! Very nice flavors, and definitely does not taste like Chevys, Taco Bell, or any other chain restaurant that you can think of :D

Guacamole w. Flour Tortilla Chips
best guacamole ever! seriously, and it's because of the flour tortillas nto the corn tortillas. the guacamole take a while to make, but that's cause it's fresh and so are the chips. the chips are fluffy because they are flour not corn!

Enchilla Suiza
chicken enchillads with the special green sauce. my cousin and aunt swear by it. yes it looks like only two little enchilladas surrounded by rice and beans, but it's super filling! lots of shredded chicken

Discada Tacos
i call this disco tacos because it sounds way better then what it really is. but it's the bestest taco out there, and unique too. it's a mixture of: chorizo, bacon, carne asada and something else. this is seriously not for someone who is on a diet, but if you don't care what you eat....do it! really good

Fish Tacos
