Fajitas @ my home

Fajita's are UBER easy to make, and why they charge so much at restaurants is beyond me. Instead of marinating my own meat, I've found that Trader Joes has really good carne asada or carne polo. Then you need: yellow onion, red bell peppers, green bell peppers (even yellow if you want), shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and of course tortillas.

Pan sear the pre-marinated the meat first, then add the sliced bell peppers, when they're almost cooked add the onions. No additional sauce is needed because the pan will be well seasoned with the meat, and juices will be produced from the veggies. When veggies are done, add the meat back into the pan, and ready to serve!

Warm tortillas on a pan, so they will be easy to fold...and serve with fav toppings!
