Alpha Omega @ West Covina

This place is one of those rare mom & pop shops in West Covina, and by rare I really mean rare because any city outside of Los Angeles is suburbia, which means chain restaurants (Chilli's, Applebee's, Johnny Rocket, etc.). Alpha Omega, looks like a small little joint and nothing amazing at all. Once you look past the exterior, it is a little dilapidated, and go straight to the menu, you'll notice that the prices are SUPER reasonable. Pattymelt for $3.99, or breakfast sandwich for $3.99, BLT for $3.99, and the best are the ZUCCHINI FRIES. They have the best zuchinni fries because the portion is huge, and they are not at all greasy...so there isn't that much guilt. The next time you're in the vicinity, seriously get off at Citrus on the 10 and go north. You'll get some good food for really cheap, and portions are huge.
