La Provence @ Roseville

I should have known, I should have guessed. It's suburbia, but more specifically it's suburbia outside of Sacramento. So how good can the food at La Provence really be? The decor is really cute, quaint and rustic. The food, honestly so-so. Really expensive and you can get way better for the same price if not less in SF, NYC or LA. I think this place was really trying to be fancy, and probably for the area is it one of the best restaurants that is a non-chain.

this wasn't good. i prefer my lamb shank with bone, it's more tasty
