[more] Shoki Ramen @ Sacramento

Shoki Ramen truly is amazing. I just had to go back. Had to have another bowl. Had to have another noodle. This time I tried the Tan Tan Men...the broth was amazing, and added a nice kick of spice that the other broth didn't have. What would make it that much better is if I added cha siu to it...then...it would be the ULTIMATE RAMEN!

Maybe another visit for me soon...next time..donburi and ramen. What can I say, I'm adventurous!
