There are tons of these bakery establishments all over San Francisco. Each serves their variety of
bao and dim sum. In the Sunset on Irving, I go to Sun Maxim Bakery just to get their onion bao. It isn't just any onion bao, but it each layer is intertwined with shredded pork. It adds to the ultimate savory sensation! What I like to do is to buy the bao, take it home, put it in the oven for about 6-10 minutes. The outside is crusty, and the inside is warm and chewy. I haven't had any other thing at this place, but I totally recommend the onion bun!
